Jamila had been on the island for just over a week now, and she honestly hadn't expected herself to be enjoying it to the extent that she was. Of course, she still grieved over her mother terribly; but she saved the greaving for mainly when she was alone, in her little white hut. Sometimes she worried that Chace could hear her crying sometimes, since the houses were adjacent, but didn't think much of it.
Walking hand in hand with Chace, Jamila stopped by a water fountain. "Wait," she said, before detatching her hand from Chace's, and jogging upto the fountain. She fumbled through her pockets and founda penny coin. Closing her eyes, she wished that she could get over her mother's death, and that her and Chace could be together always. She honestly hadn't felt happier than how she felt now in a long, long time.

Chace rolled his eyes as she approached the fountain, but said nothing. He had never believed in superstitions or wishes, or anything else like that.... but he didn't want to upset Jamila by commenting on this. He walked over to stand beside her, and took her hand again. "Did you wish for anything nice?" he asked softly.

Jamila smiled at Chace. "Yeah... I'd say so," she said, winking at him.

Chase's crooked grin wound its way onto his face at Jamila's wink. "Hmm, so could this wish have anything to do with me?" he asked cheekily, returning the wink.

Jamila laughed. Putting on her best British accent, from when she used to live there, she said, "But I couldn't possibly tell you that, it would spoil the wish,"

Chace laughed when she tried the accent - she actually wasn't too bad! He too switched to a pure english accent. "Okay then dear, I can appreciate that." He laughed again, tossing his head back. He turned towards her once more, and rested his hand on her cheek. "You're amazing, you know that?" he asked softly, looking deep into her eyes.

Jamila felt her cheeks blush; this was truly something she'd never experienced before. "I could say the same about you," she said, holding his hand on her face. She was really starting to fall for Chace- even though she'd never had experience with this kind of thing, she still thought it was pretty obvious what she was feeling.

Chase smiled softly as her cheeks flushed with colour once more. Her comment about him casued the crooked grin to slip onto his face again. He looked into her eyes and could see the lust, yet also something else....was she truly in love with him??? It appeared that way, and if this was the case he felt a little guilt - he knew he was using her, and hadn't wanted her to get too attached. Maybe he should tone things down a little...
He dropped his hand, and took hers in his, still smiling gently.

Jamila's brow furrowed slightly as she noticed that Chace was uncomfrotable by something. Maybe she was being her old paranoid self again. By any means, and happily took his hand in hers, and began to walk away from the fountian.

Chace saw that she noticed his reaction, and worked to bring a smile to his face, looking over at her. "So, what's the plan for today then?" he asked, his voice low and back to its usual seductive tone.
